Why Oxfordshire AV
We handle PA, screens, live streaming and event filming in a single booking. No second supplier to coordinate, no split invoices, no finger-pointing when things need to change.
Our warehouse is in Witney, OX28. That means we can get to any Oxfordshire venue without a 6 a.m. London-to-site transit. Less travel time, less cost passed on to you.
If your audience is split between the room and online, we have the multi-camera switching and streaming infrastructure in-house. Add live streaming without adding a second company.
Questions
We typically arrive two to three hours before doors open, depending on the rig size. For a full production with lighting and streaming, we may need the room the evening before. We'll agree the get-in window when we confirm your booking, and we factor this into our quote — there are no surprise overtime charges for a sensible set-up period.
Usually yes. Most Oxfordshire venues have built-in speaker systems or fixed projectors that we can feed from our mixing desk. We'll liaise with your venue's technical contact in advance to confirm signal routing. If the venue system is limited, we bring everything needed as a self-contained rig.
Our technicians carry backup equipment on every job — spare wireless mic receivers, backup laptops, spare cables and adapters. For larger productions we bring redundant signal paths. In ten years of events we've never had a conference brought down by an AV failure. We plan for every scenario so you don't have to.
Absolutely — and it's the smartest way to book. Because we handle both, we can share cabling infrastructure and crew, which keeps costs lower than hiring two separate suppliers. A live stream feed is already clean and produced; filming gets the best audio from our PA mix. See our live streaming and event filming pages for details.
