Pre-event briefing
We review your run-of-show, identify the key speaker moments, agree which sessions to prioritise for same-day cuts and set up a shared folder where your team will receive files.
On-site filming and capture
Multi-camera filming of keynotes, panels, delegates and room atmosphere. Clean audio from the PA desk. Footage ingested to editing workstation throughout the day as cards fill.
On-site edit
While afternoon sessions run, our editor assembles morning highlights and speaker clips. First draft review link sent to your nominated contact. You approve or request tweaks via a simple comment tool.
End-of-day delivery
All approved files — highlight reel, speaker clips, vertical cuts — delivered via secure download link by the time your event closes. Full unedited masters follow within 48 hours.

Event filming — common questions
Do you provide photography as well as video?
Yes. We offer still photography alongside event filming — a dedicated photographer working in parallel with the filming crew, covering room atmosphere, delegate networking, speaker close-ups and any exhibition or display elements. Still images are delivered as a full-resolution gallery within 48 hours, with a selection of press-ready exports available same-day on request.
What resolution and format do you deliver in?
All footage is shot in 4K and edited masters are delivered in 1080p HD unless you specifically request 4K exports (which we're happy to provide). Files are delivered as H.264 MP4 — compatible with every social platform and video host. We also deliver ProRes masters on request for post-production teams who need high-quality source files.
Can you add subtitles or branded captions to the clips?
Yes, and we recommend it. Auto-captions dramatically increase social media reach — studies consistently show 85%+ of social video is watched without sound. We add accurate burnt-in captions to all speaker pull-quote clips as standard. For highlight reels, we add animated lower-third titles with speaker names and job titles. Custom branded caption styles (matching your event branding) are available on request.
