Multi-camera live streaming production — Oxfordshire AV

How it works

A live stream that looks as good as the room feels

📷

Multi-Camera Production

Typically three cameras: a wide room shot, a tight speaker cut and a slides feed. Our vision mixer cuts between them in real time, giving your online audience a broadcast-quality view that keeps pace with the action on stage.

🌐

Platform Flexibility

We output to YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo Livestream, Zoom Webinar, Teams Live Events or any RTMP-compatible platform. Password-protected private streams available for internal or members-only events. Simultaneous multi-platform output on request.

🎤

Hybrid Q&A

Online attendees can submit questions via chat or a dedicated Q&A tool. We pull selected questions through to the room so your speakers can respond naturally. In-person delegates and remote viewers feel like one audience.

💾

Recording Included

Every stream is recorded in full HD as a clean programme file. Delivered via secure download link within 24 hours. Use it for on-demand playback, internal training archives or as source material for edited highlights.

Why Oxfordshire AV

Streaming and AV from one team

01

No split-supplier headaches

Because we supply the room AV and the stream, the audio feed into the encoder is our own clean programme mix — not a bodged headphone tap from someone else's desk. The online audience gets the same quality as the room.

02

Dedicated stream operator

Your stream is managed by a dedicated operator who does nothing but watch the encode, monitor the platform and manage incoming online engagement. Your room technician stays focused on the live audience.

03

Pre-event technical checks

We test the venue internet connection in advance and bring 4G/5G bonded failover as standard on all streaming jobs. Your event goes live on time, regardless of venue Wi-Fi reliability.

Questions

Live streaming — common questions

What internet connection do you need at the venue?

For a standard single-camera stream, a stable 10 Mbps upload is enough. For multi-camera HD production, we prefer 25–50 Mbps. We always test the venue connection in advance and bring a 4G/5G bonded router as backup. If we can't confirm venue internet quality, we'll bring our own connectivity — at no extra cost for locations within Oxfordshire.

Can you stream to multiple platforms at the same time?

Yes. We can push the same programme stream to YouTube, LinkedIn and a private platform simultaneously. Each platform gets the same live feed. If you need different cuts or different graphics for different audiences, that's a larger production — let us know and we'll quote accordingly.

Do you handle the platform setup, or does our team need to do that?

We can do as much or as little as you need. If you want us to create the YouTube Live event, configure the stream key, set up a LinkedIn broadcast page and send you a shareable preview link — we'll do all of it. If you have an in-house digital team who prefer to handle the platform side, just share the stream key and we'll feed it. Either works.
