Do you work with university college catering and conference teams?
Yes, and we prefer it. Oxford colleges have experienced conference coordinators who have seen many AV companies come and go. We communicate directly with the college's technical or domestic bursary teams, complete any required contractor induction paperwork and adhere to noise curfews and other venue-specific rules without needing reminding. We make the college's job easier, not harder.
Can you work in historic rooms where you can't drill or mount things to walls?
Absolutely. We use free-standing speaker stacks, self-supporting screen frames and ballast-weighted rigging wherever wall fixtures aren't permitted. Our kit has been specifically selected with Oxford's listed and heritage buildings in mind. If your venue needs a method statement or risk assessment, we'll provide both.
How far does your service area extend from Oxford?
Our primary area is Oxfordshire — Oxford, Witney, Bicester, Banbury, Abingdon, Didcot, Faringdon and surrounding towns and villages.
